FLEXIBLE MEMBERSHIPS

We have a variety of gym memberships that range from no commitment to annual commitment. Our gym membership packages include full access to all gym equipment, classes, and steam room.

Gym Memberships:

  • Basic monthly no commitment - $75.00/month
  • Monthly 1 year commitment - $65.00/month
  • Special monthly discount 1 year commitment for students, teachers, law enforcement, and couples/family members who sign up together - $55.00/month each
  • Annual Gym Membership - 12 Months in Full - $715.00
  • Biannual Gym Membership- 6 Months In Full - $360.00
  • Prime Membership: All the classes are included plus the gym membership. $165/ month
  • Peak Membership: All the classes are included + gym membership and 2 hour stretch therapy sessions a month. $269/ month

  • Unlimited Classes - $120/month - (1 year commitment)

  • Annual maintenance fee - $100.00 upfront
  • Cancellation fee - $350 (fee for canceling membership before contract ends)

Shred N Blast it's a high intensity class it incorporates bodyweight movements only the duration of this class it's one hour max. The total amount of calories you will burn in this class is one thousand calories.
